青龙峡位于北京市怀柔区城北20公里处，集青山、绿水、古长城于一体，有独特的塞外气候，凉爽宜人，是人们远离闹市喧哗，寻觅山水静地，回归山野自然的最佳选择。
Qinglong gorge is located 20 kilometers north of Huairou District, Beijing. It integrates green mountain, green water and ancient Great Wall. It has a unique climate outside the Great Wall. 景区占地150公顷，南北狭长10余华里，宽30~50米，两侧山脉蜿蜒曲折，山势雄伟，植被茂密，大自然的山山水水与原始古貌的万里长城交相辉映，既孕含着南方山水之秀美，又显现出北方高山之雄伟。
Covering an area of 150 hectares, the scenic area is more than 10 Li Long and narrow from north to south, 30-50 meters wide. 此长城曾为明长城要塞“大水峪关”，明永乐年间（1403—1424）建关，关内地势险要，设东、南、西三门，是明清两代京师通往大阁及热和的交通要塞。目前，长城敌楼仍有多处保存完好，是北京地区万里长城的组成部分。
The great wall used to be the Great Wall fortress of Ming Dynasty, "dashuiyu pass". During the Yongle period of Ming Dynasty (1403-1424), the pass was built. The terrain of the pass was dangerous, with three gates in the East, South and West. It was the traffic fortress between the capital of Ming and Qing Dynasties and the Dage and Rehe. At present, many enemy buildings of the great wall are still well preserved, which are part of the Great Wall in Beijing.
